FESTIVAL 

May 13-15 2011 

Dear Food Vendors: 

     It is time once again for another Apple Blossom Festival in Williamson.

We have been working hard all year to get ready for this years festival, and it should prove once again to be a great one.  Our theme for the 2011 festival is:

“SPLISH SPLASH” 

   The festival runs from Thursday May 12^th - Sunday May 15th.  You will be able to arrive to set up Friday afternoon from 1:00 pm- to 3:00 pm.  Please try to get to the parking lot no later than 3:00 pm.  Program books for the weekend events will be given to you upon arrival.  It will be up to the discretion of the committee as to booth placements.  That being said, we do not foresee any changes from last year. 

   Payment is due for past vendors no later than April 17^th 2011 to keep your spot. If payment is received after April 17^th, your spot could be given to another vendor. New Vendors, your payment is due by May 5^th.  We will not be able to except any payments after May 11^th.  You will also need to send in your insurance certificates and NY state permits with your payment.  If we do not have them prior to the festival, we will not be able to allow you to set up.  Please let me know booth size and menu as soon as possible.  ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS.  All TENTS MUST BE FIRE-RESISTANT.  PAPERWORK NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED TO SHOW IT IS FIRE-RESISTANT.

Prices are:

10x10 booth is $175.00.00

For every extra 10 feet an additional $25.00 will be added.

     (Example: 10 ft x 20 ft = $200.00
